The Beginning of Our Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning Services
Richard Seifert Jr. was born and raised into the business here at Clearview along with his two siblings. Raised under the Clearview roof and rooted to the business, he has learned everything necessary regarding the window cleaning industry. His and his siblings’ knowledge has been handed down for three generations, starting with grandfather Fredrick Seifert and down to Richard’s father Dick. Fredrick taught Dick how to treat each customer just as well as the last, and how fair pricing not only makes the customers happy, but also keeps the business thriving.
After Fredrick’s passing, Dick opened Clearview Maintenance Corp. and incorporated a great work ethic and personalization to each and every project throughout the Buffalo, NY area. This business grew from two people to a current staff of 10 part-time and full-time workers. With three family generations, Clearview has more than 70 years of combined service. As a family, we have been taught that a business is built one customer at a time and each and every job taken on is done with the customer’s wants and needs as the primary goal.
